1 syringe of 2ml contains 50 mg of hyaluronic acid and 20 mg of trehalose

Hyaluronic acid in two molecular weights of 1200-1500 kDa and 200-400 kDa and trehalose - a disaccharide responsible for protecting the structures of hyaluronic acid against accelerated destruction and final decomposition. In addition, trehalose protects fibroblasts from dangerous dehydration, which may interfere with their proper functioning.

Young collagen

SISTHAEMA HEVO T has the ability to stimulate the production of primarily reticular collagen (type III), often also called "young collagen", because it is most abundant in younger skin.

Hyaluronic acid and trehalose
In addition to hyaluronic acid, the formula also contains TREHALOSE, a disaccharide that has the ability to protect hyaluronic acid from natural degradation processes, thanks to which hyaluronic acid is able to stay in the skin and last longer than other non-crosslinked injectable hyaluronic acid preparations. Trehalose also has an impressive water-binding capacity, keeping the skin taut and hydrated for longer.

Two different molecular weights

SISTHAEMA HEVO T contains ingredients with two molecular weights. Most of them are ingredients with a high molecular weight - they give tissues volume, stimulate the production of type III collagen and attract water, giving a moisturizing effect. Low molecular weight ingredients make the gel soft, so you can achieve more natural results, and the application procedure itself is much easier.

HA fragmentation

In the production process, hyaluronic acid is fragmented - and the resulting fragments precisely interact with specific receptors in the skin (CD 44), stimulating the production of the right type of collagen, i.e. collagen type III (young collagen).

Sisthaema serving technique

Sisthaema should be administered intradermally using the linear or puncture technique at the mid-depth level.

The product can be administered in the 5-point technique.

SISTHAEMA HEVO T can be injected using several common techniques. However, in order to make the best use of the lifting and regenerating properties of the product, a unique, special injection technique was developed - the TENSE technique, in which the most important points of flaccid tissue are injected, thanks to which you can restore the face's youthful features and achieve a natural lifting effect.

What is the TENSE technique?

TENSE is a new injection procedure developed specifically for SISTHAEMA HEVO T. This new technique was developed through collaboration between recognized universities and qualified international opinion leaders. It was created to intensify the properties of SISTHAEMA HEVO T, increasing the effectiveness of the product and its lifting and regenerating properties.

The 5-point technique consists in inserting the needle perpendicularly into the deep layers of the dermis and leaving deposits of 0.1-0.3 ml per point. The points should be placed in 5 places on both sides of the face.

1 point - 2 cm down from the external angle of the palpebral fissure on the line connecting with the angle of the mandible

2 point - 1 cm laterally from the nostril

3 point - 1 cm in a straight line from the ear cartilage

4th point - 2 cm down and 1 cm medial to the line drawn from the outer angle of the labial red down

5 point - 1.5 cm medial and upwards from the jaw angle

Thinner needle, less pain

The needle is responsible for most of the pain during the injection.

SISTHAEMA HEVO T comes with two 30G needles, one of the thinnest on the market.

How often should treatments be performed?

In order to achieve progressively better results and activate the "Sisthaemic Dermal Regeneration" effect, depending on the condition of the skin and the degree of photo-aging and chronological aging, implement a full protocol of three sessions with an interval of 15 days between them, followed by booster sessions every 30 days for 3 months.

It is recommended to repeat the application protocol once a year. This cycle is flexible. Your doctor will work out the best protocol for you. Often 4-5 sessions are planned per year.
